Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-4 days. And dispatched to the Courier Parterners within 4-5 days.

Shipments or deliveries may/may not occur even on weekends or holidays. We expect the customers to wait for few more days, if our company is experiencing a high volume of orders, and if there is any delays. We let our customer to know through the provided contact info.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Standard Shipping charges are applied for the orders placed and it will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Customers receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number once the product is dispatched.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Jiya’s Bts indo store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Jiya’s Bts indo store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
